Frequently Asked Questions: 

 

1. What condition are your cards in and are they genuine? 

- All of our cards are in Mint/Near Mint condition, unless stated otherwise on the product page and are 100% genuine. Refer to our Condition Guide to get an idea of what to expect. If you want to inquire about the condition of a certain card, send us an email or message us on Facebook. 

 

2. When will you ship my order?

- We do our best to ship your order ASAP, usually this is same business day or next. During new releases and high volume sales periods we might not be able to get your order out as quick as we'd like but rest assured we are processing them as fast as we can. If you think there is a problem with your order please contact us! 

 

3. Why am I not receiving any updates after ordering? 

- Sometimes automated emails like shipping confirmation will go to your Junk/Spam email folder, please check there if you haven't received any correspondence from us. Add us to your email contacts to avoid any issues in the future! 

 

4. I have emailed you but I haven't received a response yet, why?

- Just like the shipping updates, our email responses can go to the Junk folder as well which might be why you think we haven't responded. We always endeavor to respond within 24 hours so please check your Junk/Spam for a response and add us to your email contacts to make sure it doesn't happen again.

 

5. When can I expect my order to arrive? 

- It is hard for us to tell you exactly when your order will arrive. If you have a tracking number you can see where your order is at all times via the Auspost website. If you don't have a tracking number, visit the web page below and enter your postcode as well as ours (3043) for a rough estimate!

6. Should I make an account? 

- If you make an account you can save your address and billing info for your next order, as well as view the status of your recent orders that are still in progress.  

 

7. Will you be restocking items that have sold out? 

- Occasionally we will restock sold out items but most of the time what we have on the site is all we will get. Send us an email to ask or follow us on Facebook to find out about potential restocks and other news.
